Our Story
We met at the Red Onion...
Like many Aspen romances, ours began at Red O. Elisabeth had just moved back home after college when she began frequenting the local watering hole where she met and soon fell in love with the bartender, Jordan. Together we've traveled to many countries, adopted our sweet dog, Aja, and in November of 2014, Jordan completely surprised Elisabeth by proposing on the gorgeous beach of Cayo Jutias in Cuba. We can't wait for a lifetime of adventure together.
